    Ethical sourcing but poor quality

Published by Dani on 12th Jul 2024

This is an abbreviation of a longer review on IG, which has photos.

    Pros:
    - shipping came well in a box w/ padding, so the product arrived intact
    - checkout was easy + emails updated
    - company claims cruelty free + ethical sourcing
    - long turnaround time was very upfront and clear
    - packaging art is nice, and the palette itself seems good quality so far
    - eyeshadows are pretty and true to colours on the site
    - blendable, intense red (worn over primer)

    Cons:
    - that long processing time, which is unusual even for indie companies
    - a light touch with a brush causes the powder to absolutely crumble to dust. It is not held together with a binder very well. I have had palettes from elf that are much better than this; the last palette that powdered to the touch like this was Profusion from Dollar Tree.
    - lots of fallout, even after tapping out the brush several times.
    - a lot of product will be wasted because of these things.
    - DO NOT put this in your bag and maybe be careful even in a case. It WILL fill the entire thing with broken product.
    - No returns unless they send the wrong item or a broken item (which normally I'm fine with, but wow this is sub par.)

And that's the killer. I wouldn't bother again. ~$3.88 per colour for something that mostly ends up anywhere BUT my eyelids is not worth it.
