Please keep in mind that our TAT is currently 20 to 30 business days. Business days do not include postal holidays and weekends (Sat/Sun). TAT does not include postal transit time. If we have a heavy amount of orders, TAT may exceed our stated time frame but we are always here to help if you need your order expedited.
Please email customerservice@notoriouslymorbid.com for any additional help. Orders cancelled after 3 business days from date of order are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Turn Around Time (TAT) starts the business day AFTER your order is placed. TAT does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or postal holidays. This is the time it takes us to produce the hand crafted item, get it ready for packaging, and pack for shipping. It does not include actual shipping transit time. Due to high volume TAT may be extended.
