Important Customer Service Update

I want to be transparent about the delays and communication issues many customers have experienced over the past several months.
Late last year and earlier this year, I experienced a very serious medical emergency that required hospitalization and ongoing recovery. As owner, this significantly impacted my ability to oversee daily operations the way I normally would. During that time, response times, follow-through, and overall workflow suffered more than they ever should have.
I understand how frustrating that has been, and I sincerely appreciate the patience many of you have shown.
As of March 16th, I have personally resumed oversight of our customer service department and customer communications. I am actively reviewing systems, resolving outstanding issues, and working to rebuild a smoother, more reliable process moving forward.
If you contacted customer service prior to March 16th and did not receive a response, resolution, or promised follow-up, please reach out again with your order number and details so I can personally review your case.
Please note that current response times may still be slower than normal as I work through past issues while managing daily operations, but progress is being made each week.

Order Status & Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Current TAT (as of 12/17/2025): 30–45 business days.
- Business days exclude weekends and postal holidays.
- TAT begins the next business day after your order is placed and does not include shipping transit time.
- During high-volume releases or holidays, processing may be extended.
