Description

Leave a lasting impression with Druidess Mystic Matte Liquid Lipstick. This intense shade embodies the essence of darkness, perfect for goth makeup lovers. Unleash your inner goth with this liquid lipstick. It is a metallic ruby red with a burgundy base. This Mystic is slightly more drying than most Mystics. Our matte liquid lipstick is hand-formulated from start to finish. The Mystic Mattes are designed to set quickly with intense color and comfortable wear and are available in a (7 ml) tube with a doe foot applicator. Shimmery shades may need two coats to achieve desired opacity.

This is a matte formula and as such, may slightly dry the lips. Mystic Mattes are NOT totally smudgeproof and may stain. We recommend exfoliating your lips before application and removing any excess oils or lip balms as these may decrease wear time. Some settling may occur due to the nature of the formula, so give your Mystic tube a shake before application.

Ingredients: Isododecane, Dimethicone, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Beeswax, Castor Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Mica, Iron Oxide, Silica, Titanium Dioxide, Blue #1, Red #7.

The color is off.

I was so excited for this shade. It looked fantastic on the models. Unfortunately when it arrived and I applied it to my lips I noticed it’s much darker in real life than in the pictures. I went outside to see if the sun would brighten the appearance at all and sadly it’s still too dark. I was hoping for a deep ruby red, but it’s more of a deep wine color. Which I’ve come to like, but it’s not what I had hoped for. And it’s not just me, but my friend feels the same way with her notoriously morbid lipstick too. Keep in mind it’s going to be darker than the advertisement.

It does have some perks though. It’s easy to apply, comfortable to wear and the staying power will last all day as long as you don’t eat anything. It doesn’t smear or smudge too badly. I just hope Notoriously Morbid does eventually release a rich ruby red shade that’s not as dark as this one. I wish the photos represented the shade more accurately.

Enchanting, Rich Color

Druidess is THE color you are looking for if you want a deep, crimson red that will instantly cast spells on whomever is so lucky {perhaps unlucky} to cross your path. This red is unbelievably enchanting and ridiculously smooth... you'd be cheating yourself if you didn't give this velvety lippy a try! The formula is long lasting and non-drying- so go on, you deserve it <3
