Solemn Devotion - a saturated rose base with large sparkles that shift from violet, electric fuchsia, green, and blue.
Our hand crafted, small batch loose pigment shadows that are guaranteed to bring you maximum pigment power. Each shade is hand-mixed and created in our lab to give a unique finish and color. Loose powders perform better over a shadow base/primer or over a sticky tacky base/primer.
