Our super semi loose shadow pigments were formulated to give you an extremely creamy pigmented shadow with staying power! Arriving in a semi loose state, the shadow can be applied with your finger or a flat shader brush in a patting motion. The creaminess of the shadow assists with easy blending and is formulated to look spectacular over primer or over a sticky base.
