    I have worn this shadow many times now and always get compliments every time I wear it. I rarely go neutral, but when I do, I grab this one to amp it up to the next level. I don't do my eyes first, so putting powder down and spraying helps eliminate some sparkle fall out, but I don't mind having to take those precautions at all. This color can be worn with so many different looks. I usually go for it on neutral days and it goes so well with a dark smokey eye. Everything Notoriously Morbid creates is amazing in actual quality and concept too. I recommend absolutely everything.
