    Such a beautiful collection of colors! Vibrant, bright, and silky smooth, making application and blending easy. I love these neons!

    i got the full collection of these neons. they're good, and they glow under blacklight! it takes a bit of testing and practice to get the hang of neons, since neon pigments are very dry by nature. i think these are worth a shot for those who want to experiment! i highly suggest a white cream base to apply these over, like a jumbo pencil or clown white face makeup. it really helps to get them to stick, and the white will help the colours pop. i sometimes apply these neons over top of a shimmery duochrome highlight eyeshadow, which turns out amazing. you can even mix these together to make new colours if you have some empty pigment jars around. i made teal by mixing the blue, green and yellow shades, and a sunny orange from the yellow and orange shades.
