Thank you for your patience and support as our small team hand-crafts, packs, and ships every Notoriously Morbid order. NM-branded products are made in-house, which can extend turnaround time slightly — the magic is worth the wait.

NOTICE

We wanted to let you know that our small-but-mighty Customer Service team will be away for the Thanksgiving holiday from 5PM EST on November 25th through 9AM EST on December 1st.

During this time, we’ll be spending a much-needed moment with our families. All emails, messages, and inquiries will be answered promptly once we return.

We deeply appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding—especially as a tiny, handmade business where every pair of hands is doing the work of many. Your support means more to us than we can put into words, and we truly hope you have a peaceful, cozy holiday week.

Order Status & Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Current TAT (as of 6/30/25): 15–20 business days.
  • Business days exclude weekends and postal holidays.
  • TAT begins the next business day after your order is placed and does not include shipping transit time.
  • During high-volume releases or holidays, processing may be extended slightly.
  • Need your order sooner? Email us — we’ll do our best to help when possible.
Please note: All sales are final. We no longer accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Because each product is handmade to order, materials are allocated immediately after purchase.
