Our Hydromancy Liners are water activated liners that allow you use as a regular long lasting liner, great for graphic liner designs, or use as a shadow or shadow base. These liners are NOT water proof but are oil resistant with very little to no transfer. Easy to apply and easy to remove but stay all day!
Formulated to be vibrant and opaque. Place one drop of water on top of the liner in jar and swirl your brush until creamy. Apply as you like.
Available in wide array of colors and ready to make any graphic liner look pop!
These are large 10g liners.
