Please keep in mind that we are a small team of creative individuals who make each shadow by hand in small batches, pour, press, and assemble each creation into the empty palettes, we label them, wrap them and ship them out in the order they were received. We are so thankful you choose to pre-order with us and we are working hard and diligently to get them created and out the door.
