Hellfire Club is a matte black liner base with red shifting sparkles. Due to the nature of these sparkles, once applied liner will need to be patted gently with a brush or your finger to reach full sparkle!
Shake tube well before each use to disperse the ingredients or the product may be watery. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs. While formulated for the long haul, wear time may vary depending on person.
