This is a specialty product. This is a pressed blended mica with biodegradable holographic glitter.
The FDA does not include cosmetic grade glitter on its list of approved cosmetic ingredients. However it is housed in a gray area because it also has not been banned for us in cosmetic products. Cosmetic glitter is widely used in cosmetics in the United States. Use at your own discretion. Do not use in immediate eye area. This can be used as body/face art.
